We have established links with all the major players in the Home Entertainment market and therefore are able to offer the latest products at low prices. All our goods are supplied direct from the main manufacturers such as Sony, Toshiba, Panasonic, JVC, Pioneer and Canon. We offer UK sourced products all backed by a minimum one years manufacturers warranty.

While we recognise that low prices are an important aspect of your shopping experience we never regard this as a substitute for quality customer service. At jxl.co.uk we endeavour to give all customers complete satisfaction. And we hope to achieve our aim by offering some key promises

• Timed & Weekend deliveries for most of our TV range.
• Loan Replacement service for your faulty TV.
• We give a free DVD if you order an item that is not in stock.
• We will respond to all enquiries within 1 working day.

Collect & Return Warranty Service
Our collect & return warranty policy means that we provide full back up in the unfortunate event of your product developing a fault in warranty. Throughout this period we will collect, repair and return your product. All repair work will be carried out at an authorised service centre and is fully guaranteed. In contrast most other retailers will simply forward you onto the manufacturer. In such instances you will either have to drop off the item yourself or pay a charge of £45 for collection of the goods. In addition the onus is on you as the customer to make the requisite phone calls & chase up the repair agent. The net result is considerable inconvenience allied to increased costs.

Loan Replacement Service
In conjunction with our collect & return warranty program we also provide a loan replacement service for certain products. This service entails the loaning of replacement item while your product is away for repair. At present this service includes Flat Panel TV’s and certain categories of DVD Recorders.

Timed & Weekend Deliveries
For the convenience of our customers we also operate a timed & weekend delivery service for the majority of TV products. 95% of our TV deliveries are carried out by our own team of drivers & thus will be delivered on a timed basis. In some instances when there is particularly high demand or in an area we will not be visiting in the next couple of days we shall dispatch via a next day courier service. The timed delivery service offers a two/three hour slot of when your TV will be delivered. We also deliver on the weekend and again this will include a timed delivery option. Please note that while we will endeavour to provide a weekend delivery if requested this cannot always be guaranteed due to the popularity of such a service.

Free Multi-Region Upgrade
All our DVD range of products comes with a free Multi-Region upgrade enabling you to enjoy DVD's from around the world. So whether your after little known film title from the Far East or you want to watch the latest series of your favourite American show before it's released here, the multi-region setting is a useful feature that puts you in control of what you watch

Free DVD
Lastly if you order a product that is not in stock you are entitled to a free DVD courtesy of jxl.co.uk. A list of available DVD’s can be found in the Stock Levels page.

At jxl.co.uk we also provide a home installation service for customers throughout the South East. This service covers parts & labour costs. Price Promise
We will try and price match any genuine price for a UK sourced product that's stocked from any UK based retailer. However we do not provide a price match policy simply because our prices are based on our own circumstances. We feel our prices are competitive but in some cases we may not be able to match some retailers. However as pointed out earlier our prices reflect the quality of service we provide. We do not follow the box shifting approach adopted by many retailers, but rather provide a level of service & price that offers value for money.
